Alessandro Perini

Designs and runs training courses in management and development of human resources (leadership, employee management, team work) and in sales and communication (sales, customer care, negotiation). It manages managerial coaching paths. He works closely with industry training and development of customer companies. He spoke among others AXA, Bayer, Metro, Siemens, Agip, Bosch, Banca Marche, Ferrovie Nord Milano, Sutter, Unicredit, ING Direct.

Metello Sorgato

PGA Consultant since 2009, responsible for corporate training in management and development of human resources. In particular, trainer of Leadership and Associates Management, Communication, Personal Effectiveness, Conflict Management and Team Working courses.

He previously worked within the provincial labor agencies and collaborated with private companies dealing with guidance and recruiting.

She is also specialized in delivering management consulting projects that aim on improving the organization and the evaluation and management of human resources.

Massimo Lupi

He gained experience as a manager training, selection and development at Beiersdorf Italy, European training and development in Sony Europe in Berlin and is responsible, globally, for Talent Management projects at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond (Seattle - United States). For PGA he deals with consulting projects to develop the effectiveness of the organizational processes and performance management systems and as a trainer of human resources and conflict management.

Valentina Ugo

PGA Consultant for the Non Profit Area. Since 2002, she gained experience in the third sector in important national and international companies specializing in fundraising activities. In PGA she is involved in consulting projects that aim to develop the communication and fundraising strategies, the analysis and optimization of processes, human resources and planning/delivering ad hoc training courses for the third sector.

Professor at the major Italian business schools (ISTUD, ISVOR-FIAT, IAFE-ENI, REISS ROMOLI SCHOOL OF STET) is the author of numerous books and management essays.

Alessandra Savi

She worked for several years for a major international training company for which, as part of Operations, she managed the courses, designed training programs, developed new training products, taking care of the marketing. Later she was Marketing Manager for a training and consulting firm, managing sometimes marketing and communication activities to support the brand, managing the training school and organizing events to promote counseling. For PGA she is in charge of marketing and communication activities and training school management.

Antonio De Bartolomeis

Engineer, he held various managerial positions in Italian and multinational companies, in which he was responsible for the organization and performance improvement of business processes.

He has held positions as Project Manager for organizational development and managerial development in various consulting and training company. He was sales manager for Italian and foreign consulting firms. It is expert in quality systems and continuous improvement projects. For PGA he is in charge of commercial development.

Stefano De Iaco

PGA Consultant since 2010, he worked as a representative of start-ups for professional firms and companies of different sizes; deals with accounting for non-profit organizations and projects on the cloud, as well as business and social media marketing. Since 2009 he is a professional photographer and runs the record of courses and events reworking the emotion in video images that are then left to the customer upon completion of the training activities carried out.

Demetrio Macheda

Operates since 1987 as a specializing professional in business consulting. Following staff development projects, evaluation of web based systems implementation and HR processes analysis and performance management, including the Skill View system, that was developed in collaboration with the Psychology Department of the University of Padua. For PGA he deals with the design and delivery of courses and assessment development center.
