The coaching model which we refer is interpreted as the ability to assist the person in a learning process, increasing confidence and motivation, developing talents and abilities, offering guidance and comparison.


After agreeing on the expectations and duration of the course, the coaching action unfolds through a series of meetings designed to stimulate not only the technical competence but the decision-making, emotional and behavior models of the person. We focus on the individual's work situation and its way of learning, increasing awareness of the strengths and improvement areas and providing constant and customized monitoring to integrate individual goals with organizational ones.
